Our Rental Process

 

We try to make the rental process as quick and painless as possible.

To Rent a trailer from us:

  1. Book the trailer on our website for the dates you need it.
  2. Fill out your information
  3. During checkout you will be required to upload a picture of your:
    1. driver’s license and
    2. vehicle insurance.
  4. Pay the rental fee and security deposit.
  5. We then reserve the trailer for your days and send you the pickup address the day before your rental starts.
  6. Once you arrive: we verify your driver’s license, then we have a rental contract, liability waiver, and insurance waiver for you to sign.

    2. Liability waiver
    3. Insurance waiver
  7. We then go over the operation of the trailer and verify any existing damage (similar to a car rental agency).
  8. We help you hitch up the trailer and let you go on your way.

Returning the Trailer:

  1. We do a walk through with you to verify no damage occurred.
  2. We verify all accessories have been returned.
  3. We thank you for your business and hope you become a return customer.

Behind the scenes:

  1. Once the trailer is returned, we do a thorough inspection of the trailer
    1. We check all the lights
    2. We grease the axles
    3. We inspect the tires
    4. We inspect the safety chains and trailer coupler.
    5. We inspect the accessories for damage or needing replacement.
    6. We wash the trailer

 

 

Our Trailers Come Fully Equipped with:

  • Winches
  • Straps
  • Extra Ramps
  • Wheel Chocks
  • Spare tire
  • Maintenance & Cleaned after every rental

Trailer Rental Requirements:

  • Completed Trailer Rental Agreement
  • Signed Damage Insurances Election/Decline Form
  • A Valid New Mexico Driver’s License
  • Valid Towing Vehicle Insurance
  • Valid Credit Card

Trailer Rental Period: Each day the trailer is in your possession is considered a rental day. Trailer Rental ABQ offers Daily, Weekend, Weekly and Monthly Rental Rates.

Towing Vehicle Requirements: The towing vehicle must be in good working condition with the ability to tow.

Customer Liability: The customer is responsible for all damages to the rented trailer upon execution of the trailer rental agreement. The credit card provided at execution of the trailer rental agreement will be charged for all damages when returned if not paid by the rentee.
